Lets go bowling!! This project was a basic building strip out. Super bowl moved to a new building a few months ago and the old building needed to be stripped out ready for new tenants. Built in the 50,s it was a old furniture warehouse, with a timber floor and concrete and steel construction. In the 70's the bowling craze took over and was modified to suit their requirements, with raised floors, offices, cafe, and toilets. We had to remove all this so the new tenants could make the most of the full size warehouse underneath. Mainly pine and chipboard, and modern fixtures, we dimantaled and recycled what we could. All items will be coming up on trade me, from the chipboard to the pink batts!!

The owner could see the use for all the fine framing in the new development so that will be re-used in some way. So keep an eye on the old building for some exterior modifications coming up, and if you're looking for a warehouse to lease, call the real estae agent in charge.
